错误消息设定：mess(1,175,1)

请教一下，
在设置错误消息的时候经常需要设置mess(1,175,1)，不是很明白后面的数字代表的什么意思？

mess(1,175,1)  第一数字代表:所属本地菜单的第一行，第一个数字代表：本地菜单代码，第三个数字代表：代表系统默认语言(个人理解)

mess is used to access a language file holding Adonix service messages or the message file for the application (if there is one).
