AR Inquiry Aging and Activity Summary Does not Match ACCPAC Customer Activity
IssueThe Aging and Activity Summary in AR Inquiry does not match the Customer Activity in Sage Accpac Account Receivable (AR). Solution or Workaround
To resolve this issue:
Confirm that both AR Inquiry and Account Receivable module are both set to Age by Due Date, or both set to Age by Document Date.
If the value in the Current period does not match, check the settings for the Statement tab in Accounts Receivable Setup Options and change the aging option from Current Date to Document Date.
