System Manager [17] Another user is logged into this company

Error "System Manager [17] Another user is logged into this company or is in the process of activating/deactivating data in this company. Retry this operation after they have completed this process" when Logging In
Issue
The following error may occur when a user attempts to log in to the program:
"System Manager [17] Another user is logged into this company or is in the process of activating/deactivating data in this company. Retry this operation after they have completed this process.

Solution or Workaround
Verify that the change the default database to: check box in the MS SQL data source setup (for both the System database and the Company database) is checked. If it is not checked or is set up with master, the above error message may be encountered when logging into the program.
