Issue
Sage Accpac ERP may display following error message when logging into a database:

Solution or Workaround
The following steps are recommended to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the Environment Variables and make sure there are no duplicate paths to the Runtime folder.
Uninstall System Manager, reinstall System Manager and newest product update
