Youcan import your Outlook contacts into ACT! using the import feature. Open theImport Wizard in ACT! from the “File” “Import” menu and select “Outlook” asyour “Type of file you want to import”. You can import Outlook contacts from your local Outlook address book orfrom an Exchange Server address book.

Select“Update Activities” from the “Tools” “Outlook Activities” menu and choose yourpreferred synchronization method and time frame. Click the “Update” button torun Calendar synchronization. This feature is embedded in ACT! and does notrequire additional software to be installed.
