Error Load Library Occurs When Printing Some Reports Via Terminal Service

Issue
Users may encounter the following error when printing some reports via terminal service:

Solution or Workaround
Make sure the following files are listed in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\bin folder

- crdb_p2bpipe.dll
- P2BPIPE.dll
- p2ctpipe.dll
- u2lcapw.dll or u2lchks.dll
You may search for these files and copy them to the above location. In case these files are missing,you will need to uninstall, reboot and reinstall the System Manager module.
