V5 Console 系统重启后不能载入配置

装好后是正常的，系统重启一次后便不能打开各种配置，包括Solution,Documentation Server等等，我确定各种服务都已经启动，很长时间的显示"Loading solution"，

之后提示：
Error when recovering the list of Solutions installed on the server NOK
