问题：Could not open the UI. the system may be busy because another application (such data conversation application) has locked the companyu,s database. Other wise the UI was not opened because unexpected error has occurred
回答：无法打开UI的问题是需要将360等相关干扰因素剔除，杀毒软件会禁用相关的进程。
如果还是不行，可能是360将某些进程删掉了，将workstation重装一下，再不行，将路径映射到本地。
剔除干扰因素之后，报第二张图的错误（并且仅HNV14会报这个错）。于是检查Pervasive的ODBC，发现缺少名为HNV14的数据库ODBC，无法在control center中新建，进入\管理工具\ODBC\中手动新建ODBC。
