outlook syn with accpac crm

Who can tell me why i couldn't syn crm with outlook. What should I pay attention to?

If you already installed the integration plugin in Outlook, it should be synchronized successfully. Integration plugin is repsonisibility for the synchronization infrmation tranfer between outlook and crm. 

Please let me know the error you met in the sychronization process. Following is a gernal process to setup the synchronization feature.

1. browser the CRM and install the plugin.

2. Restart Oultook, you can see a crm toolbar will be added to Outlook.

3. You can select Manual or automation synchronization you information between CRM and Outlook.

4. Appointment/Meeting, Task and Contact can be tranferred between CRM and Outlook.

错误信息是登录到crm server 错误.但有时会报另一错误,我已记不清了.

 

I had found  the solution on my own. maybe there is better way. but i solve it by changing the time Zone and revising the outlook and copy old pst to make it.

actually I met the same problem before. I tried each standard step but the integrateion still didnot work well. My finail solution was to restore the system by ghost tool.......

But I haven't met this problem again when i use CRM6.0 instead of 5.8.
