Check for pre-requisites
--Windows Installer 3.1
--.NET 2.0
--SQL will not install if pre-requisites are not successful first
OS Checks
--Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or later
--Windows Vista (All Editions)
--Windows Server 2003 Standard, Enterprise, or Datacenter editions with Service Pack 1 or later
--Windows Server 2003 Web Edition Service Pack 1
--Windows Small Business Server 2003 with Service Pack 1 or later
Check for Minimum hardware
--CPU 600+
--RAM 512+
SQL Express extracted and installed
--ACT! 7 instance is created
--ACT! configures instance and starts the service
Locale specific files are installed
--Templates
--Layouts
--Reports
--Database creation files
ACT! Email converter runs
--Note this process always executes
--If you have an old 6.0 email folder that no longer is used this should be renamed to avoid re-conversion of those files
