Could not open the UI. the system may be busy because another application (such data conversation application) has locked the companyu,s database. Other wise the UI was not opened because unexpected error has occurred

能够登陆系统，但是打开里面的模块报这样的错。
5.3或者5.6都有过报这样的错。
