We had 12 ACT! participants in individual user testing sessions.
--Testing was focused on calendar and calendar printing
80 CCs participated in a half-day Alpha Testing session for v 10.0, testing 4 major focus areas - dashboard, inline editing, multiple contacts on opportunities, and groups/companies
--Generated 19 feature requests and 23 unique defects
--Received a ton of great comments (a favorite comment was “I can sell this!" followed closely by “This is my favorite session at Insights!")
