Cannot Scroll Down To The Bottom of the Batch List Using The Scrollbar

Issue

Occasionally, when scrolling down large lists, such as large batch lists, the last entry does not appear when the scroll tab is moved to the bottom of the scroll bar.

Solution or Workaround
There are two known workarounds for this:

Use the Finder button at the top of the Batch List screen, and manually go down to the bottom batch
Or
Click the scroll tab once to allow it to focus properly, and then the scroll tab should be able to reach the bottom batch
