Open Button Is Unavailable in the Batch List Window

Issue

When a posted batch is selected in the Batch List window, the Open button may be unavailable.

Solution or Workaround

This can occur if the batch was created in an earlier version and then upgraded to version 5.1or later of GL.

The functionality for opening a posted batch was added to GL in version 5.1. As a result, for any batches that were posted in a version prior to 5.1, the program was not able to save the necessary information at the time to be opened for viewing in later versions.
