Issue
While upgrading from Accpac Plus to Sage Accpac ERP, the following error may occur:
Incorrect procedure. You must select the Multi-currency option in the Accpac for Windows Common Services, Company Profile before converting your Accpac Plus data.

Select the Multi-currency option in Sage Accpac ERP before continuing with conversion
To access this screen, do the following:
1. Double click on the Common Services icon
2. Double click on the Company Profile icon
3. Click on the Options tab
4. Select Multi-currency
