"Purchase Orders 5.3B requires System Manager 5.3A with a PTF dated 20050331 or later" May Occur During Program Activation
Issue
This error message may occur at the beginning of the Purchase Orders program activation. However, if the Help\System Information menu is selected, it will indicate that the installed System Manager is version 5.3B

Solution or Workaround
The Data Activation process refers to the Accpac A4W.INI file for the current program
version information. Open this file with a text editor such as Notepad and check within this file for the section titled General. Under this section, a line needs to be inserted that displays the following: "PTF20050715=1"
Note: If the [General] section is missing, then add it at the last line in the notepad and add the "PTF20050715=1" underneath it.
The A4W.INI file is located in the Accpac Runtime folder; the default location is C:\Program Files\Accpac\Runtime.
