Sage 300 ERP 2016 is available now. With the release of Sage 300 ERP 2016 we are pleased to announce the release of Greytrix Document Attachment for Sage 300 ERP 2016 to our customers and re-sellers.

Greytrix Document Attachment is a comprehensive add-on that helps users to attach and view documents from transaction screens Viz. Order Entry, Invoice Entry, Journal Entry, etc. We have listed all the features present in our product Greytrix Document Attachment. Our product is compatible with Sage 300 ERP version 5.6 to 6.3.

New Stuff : Significance of using Default Posting Date option of I/C Options in Sage 300 ERP

Product Features:
* Allows you to attach scanned documents/ reports/ fax/ images on the following transaction screens in Sage 300 ERP.
1. AP – Invoice Entry, Adjustment Entry, Payment Entry
2. AR – Invoice Entry, Receipt Entry, Adjustment Entry
3. GL – Journal Entry
4. OE – Order entry, Shipment entry, Invoice Entry
5. PO – PO Order Entry, Receipt entry, Invoice Entry.

* We have introduced new User Security feature to authorize user to “Override” or “Delete” document.
* We also have feature for User wise source document path setting.
* We have also provided our document attach feature Master screen such as
