1.     Get more detail on your activities and sales opportunities with improvements to the Dashboard[1]: Dashboard functionality has been improved, allowing you to drill down into pieces of pie charts and bars in bar charts, rather than the entire component, for more on your activities and sales opportunities. Now you can drill down into a specific opportunity stage in a component to see which leads are stuck in that stage so you can take the necessary action to move them through the sales process and close deals more quickly. 2.     Benefit from added flexibility when working with list views and History: A “Yesterday” filter has been added to Task and Opportunity List views for more flexibility in sorting your activities with a start date of yesterday and sales opportunities with a close date of yesterday. When you sort activities with this new filter option, you can easily view and then close out any activities that should have already begun. And when you sort sales opportunities this way, you have a clear view of opportunities that need your immediate follow-up.

 

You have further flexibility when working with History. A new history icon has been added to the standard ACT! toolbar so you can create a new history from any view or layout. When you create a new history, the history automatically appears with an association to the last contact you viewed. It can also be changed at anytime. Further, you can edit the “Regarding” dropdown in any new history, just the way you do so when you schedule a new activity.
