Issue
During the install of system manager an error is displayed on screen "catastrophic failure error".

Solution or Workaround
1. Redownload accpac from the portal
2. Install program as work station set up
3. reboot system
4. install Accpac over Workstation set up
This should resolve the issue.
Cause
Possible corrupted files.
