The company is investing a six-digit sum into the introduction of a CustomerRelationship management (CRM) - solution Sage CRM from Sage.

 A particular goal of this deal isabove all to achieve common processes for sales, marketing and services as wellas more transparency - and all this for 1.000 internal users and external salespartners of Amazone.

The solution will be implemented in stages, first in Germany, Englandand France, then in Hungary and Russia. The full rollout should be completed bythe end of 2010
